Job Introduction
The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has announced work to permanently fill the vacant positions of clerks, soldiers and chief soldiers on the Court. This job is only open to female candidates who meet all of the following criteria: (1) a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, or its equivalent; (2) proficient in English/Urdu/Pashto and Islamiat/Sarf-e-Khani; (3) be at least 21 years old on August 10, 2022; and (4) domicile ownership of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Recently, a large number of youths have applied for various Peshawar high court job advertisements. Which they have implemented through online and offline processes. Based on the applicant’s requirements and skill level, the department has prepared a list of job applications.

The Peshawar High Court is one of Pakistan’s three high courts. PHS Peshawar is located in the KPK province of Pakistan in the city of Peshawar. It was established in 1947 under the Indian Subordination Act of 1847 and began functioning with jurisdiction over the Northwest Frontier Province (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) and the Tribal Territories. After independence, it was made functional as a full court from 11 October 1948. The PHC center is in Peshawar. PHC’s jurisdiction extends to all of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Federal Tribal Areas. PHC has original, appellate and advisory jurisdiction.
There are 14 Judges including a Supreme Court Justice who is appointed by the President on the advice of the Board of Chief Justices led by the Prime Minister on the recommendation of the Judicial Commission established under Articles 176(1)(b) & 176(2)(b) of the 1973

Eligibility Criteria

Have a Graduation Degree (minimum) with a minimum score of 55% for General Category Candidates and 50% for Reserves

Category Candidate from a recognized university/Institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have an LLB/BL degree/diploma with a minimum score of 55%

Jobs offered to candidates must comply with the rules and regulations of the High Court of Peshawar.

The selected candidate must comply with all PTCL rules and regulations, as well as the Peshawar High Court (PHC).

Candidate must be between 18-35 years old by August 15, 2019.

Interested candidates must also send their biodata along with related documents no later than July 31, 2019 by post or courier service to qualify for the interview process.
